Internal ICG Link Intranet Launched
We are pleased to announce the launch of our internal customer management and timesheet system. This system was built in-house using ColdFusion and MySQL and keeps track of companies, contacts, projects and notes. It allows our team to enter their hours on-line instead of in a Excel spreadsheets and generates complete reports for billing and customer management. It includes a company calendar and a project board that tracks overall resource usage and measures productivity.
This on-line application will eventually become contact111 and be offered for sale to others outside the company who might benefit from such a system.
