Agent111 and Real Estate Web Sites
   
 
 
In addition to custom solutions for Real Estate professionals such as brokers who use our hosting services, ICG Link offers Agent111, a do-it-yourself web site builder that includes those services for real estate agents. We are currently serving customers the following MLS areas:
  • Middle TN Regional MLS (MTRMLS)
  • Upper Cumberland, TN MLS
  • Long Island, NY MLS
  • Louisville, KY MLS

MLS Search

Using our custom solutions, Real estate brokers or agents who host with us can include a search of all the listings on their area MLS on their site. Optionally, we can also provide a search for only listings by a particular broker or a particular agent, so for example, you might to have a link to "Our Listings" and another one for "All Area Listings."

Agent111 allows agents to offer a search of their own listings and optionally include a search of the entire MLS if they want it.

Not only can visitors choose what kind of property (eg Residential, Commercial, etc.) they want to see, but they can choose multiple types and get the results in a single search. Search results include links to maps to the home as well as additional pictures and other information included in the MTRMLS.

We are pleased to customize the system to provide any special needs for a client. Please Note: MLS services usually require that anyone wishing to use this system sign a reciprocal agreement with them.

MLS Tracker

A custom solution also can include an "MLS Tracker" so visitors can "memorize" home searches and receive regular updates by email when homes that fit those searches are added to the MLS.

Schedule a Showing

This feature allows customer to select a time-slot on a calendar when they would like to schedule an appointment to see any particular home. If the selected time is within 24 hours of the current time, the system will allow the appointment request to be scheduled, but will warn that such a tight schedule may not be met.

The system then asks for contact and other information and makes certain decisions based on the results of the answers:
  • If the property is listed by the agency, it sends the appointment information to the listing agent.
  • If the property is not listed by the agency, but the customer indicates that they are using the agency as a buying agent, it sends an email to the agent the customer is using. If the customer doesn't have an agent yet, the email is sent to the main desk and an agent can be assigned.
  • If the customer reveals that they are using a different agency, and the property is not listed by your agency, it gives the customer a "regret that we can't help" message.
Once an appointment is made, reminders are sent 24 hours before the appointment to the agent and to the customer. The customer can opt out of the reminder process. After the showing, the agent is sent an email asking them to enter the results of the showing. The agent is periodically asked for this information until a definitive answer such as "Sold them the property" or "Will not be working with customer again" is given.

The customer is sent a followup satisfaction survey.

Each agent can review their appointments from a back-office administrative area. There is also a backoffice where an administrator can view all appointments and requests and can assign/reassign customers to the appropriate agents.

Some brokerages have found this system so useful that they use it to schedule all their appointments.
